Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management, is soliciting bids for plugging and plating twelve orphan wells in Knox County, across Brown, Pleasant, Morgan, Union, Harrison, and Clay townships. The work includes mobilization, access and well-site development, drilling or cleaning out wells, plugging operations, storage and disposal of generated materials, decommissioning and removal of casing, tubing, well and production equipment, removal of affiliated lines, and restoration of disturbed areas. The solicitation also includes site preparation and support items such as traffic maintenance, clearing and grubbing, filter fabric, silt fencing, aggregate and stone, culverts, composite road mats, site safety, and crop-damage pricing. Bidders must be active on CSP900922 (DAS Index No. MAC110), attend the mandatory pre-bid site visit, and be in good standing with the relevant division and agency projects.
