Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole-source basis to Haivision for hardware required to integrate with an existing system. The notice cites technical compatibility and Haivision's unique integration capability as the basis for the sole-source approach.
