Description
Westchester County is soliciting sealed bids for annual fire sprinkler inspections at Westchester Community College in Valhalla, New York. The work is identified as construction-related and requires bidders to obtain the complete bid documents, including technical specifications, plans, and authorized proposal pages, from the designated purchasing website. Bidders must submit the full set of authorized proposal pages and include required licenses with the bid. Bids exceeding $100,000 must include a bid bond and consent of surety attached to the outside of the sealed bid. Bidders must also submit a separately sealed subcontractor list, where applicable, identifying subcontractors and agreed prices for specified trades. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds and, before award, obtain specified disclosure forms from applicable subcontractors.
