Description
Santa Rosa County is seeking bids for the Archie Glover Channel Maintenance project. This project involves the hydraulic dredging of the Santa Rosa Channel to restore it to its permitted depth and width, estimated at approximately 5,100 cubic yards of material. The project also includes the replacement of eight existing wooden piling-supported Private Aids to Navigation. Dredged material will be placed in an upland spoil cell, dewatered, and then hauled off-site. Best management practices for erosion and sedimentation control will be implemented.
