Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking an individual consultant to develop a national operational guide for community peer leaders supporting people affected by tuberculosis. The work includes defining the guide's methodology, structure, roles, competencies, coordination mechanisms, referral and follow-up processes, visit procedures, reporting tools, monitoring indicators, and validation mechanisms, with a rights-based, territorially appropriate, results-oriented approach. The consultant must produce a methodology and work plan, a draft guide with preliminary instruments and annexes, and a final editable and PDF guide with operational tools, forms, and annexes. The assignment is remote, has a 45-calendar-day duration beginning upon contract signature, and includes virtual review meetings with tuberculosis civil-society organizations and other designated stakeholders. Applicants must submit the provided offer letter and cost breakdown, a curriculum vitae with three references, academic qualification evidence, and supporting documentation for the stated experience. The selected consultant must complete the BSAFE security course and United Nations security induction; the BSAFE certificate is required for payment processing rather than proposal submission.
