The Naval Air Systems Command, PMA-265, is seeking capability information regarding a proposed sole-source modification to an existing delivery order with The Boeing Company. The effort supports Engineering Change Proposal 6516 requirements refinements for the F/A-18E/F, EA-18G, AF/A-18F, and AEA-18G Advanced Cockpit System upgrade. The scope includes engineering, design, drawing, and Technical Directive updates; incorporation of Service Life Modernization redlines through Redline 120; Advanced Networking Infrastructure uncap/unstow wiring procedures; updates to Warning, Advisory, Threat panel and High Definition Video Recorder part numbers; and retrofit drawing updates associated with ECPs 6516, 6514, and 6552. The notice is a Sources Sought announcement rather than a request for competitive proposals, and the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the cited other-than-full-and-open-competition authority.
