Description
Nebo School District intends to purchase Edgenuity student credit recovery software from Imagine Learning for one year without conducting a standard procurement process. The district states that changes from school-level to district-level procurement left insufficient time to select and implement a new product before the school year began. This is a notice of intent to award, not a request for quotes, bids, or proposals. Qualified competing vendors may contest the notice by submitting documentation demonstrating that they can provide the same proprietary product or an equivalent product meeting or exceeding the specifications, along with evidence of competing sources and, if applicable, a comparison of transitional costs. The anticipated expenditure is $60,000.
