Description
Crab Orchard Public Library is requesting proposals for Managed Internal Broadband Services to support and manage its existing eligible Category 2 network infrastructure. The scope includes operation, management, monitoring, and maintenance of a firewall, switches, router, cabling, wireless access points, network controller, and UPS battery backup. Bidders may propose equivalent or comparable brands where applicable and may include hourly networking-service rates. Vendors must have an E-Rate Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), have the 2027 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file with USAC, comply with applicable E-Rate rules, offer the Lowest Corresponding Price, and include their SPIN in the bid. The applicant may consider multi-year contracts with voluntary extensions, month-to-month arrangements, or varying contract terms, and wants the ability to add or remove services as business needs change.
