Description
Washington Technology Solutions is seeking wireline Ethernet or fixed wireless services for sites across numerous Washington counties. Contractors may bid on individual sites and must provide all costs associated with delivering the requested service, including cabling, conduit, fiber, entrance facilities, equipment, racks, UPS equipment, permits, labor, and fees. The request includes multi-port and multi-VLAN configurations, supplemental bandwidth pricing, installation interval commitments, and required responses to site-specific mandatory requirements. Responses must include a signed Certificate and Assurances (Appendix B) and a completed Appendix A Cost Model in Excel for the sites being bid. Contractors must have a signed Network Services Agreement and applicable Wireline Ethernet and/or Fixed Wireless Technical Addendum with Washington Technology Solutions. The solicitation uses pass/fail mandatory requirements and site-level cost, timeline, and local-loop scoring.
