Description
The Defense Logistics Agency Maritime Portsmouth office is seeking one complete armature shaft assembly, pin HAN 3659G1, piece 79 of drawing D-500-144, for Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The item is brand-name mandatory to Hansome Energy Systems because the company owns the proprietary replacement design; products from other manufacturers will not be considered. This is a commercial-product RFQ evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria. Quotations must include pricing, FOB point, CAGE code, point-of-contact information, applicable GSA contract number, business size under NAICS 333613, payment-method preference, and a clear statement of capability. Offerors must also provide descriptive literature demonstrating compliance with the specifications and complete and submit provision 252.204-7016. Non-manufacturer offerors must identify the manufacturer's name, location, and business size, and must maintain supply-chain traceability documentation for the approved item.
