Description
Albany County seeks activated physical gift cards across specified local and nationwide brands and denominations. The bid form lists estimated quantities, but orders will be placed as needed during the one-year contract term, and vendors may bid on individual items or categories rather than the entire list. Cards must have unique identification numbers, remain valid for at least five years from purchase, support in-person and online use and online balance tracking, and not permit cash withdrawals or bank deposits. Defective or unactivatable cards must be replaced at no charge with the prior balance preserved. Pricing must include delivery, with no processing fees or monthly card fees; orders must be shipped or made available within five to seven days after receipt of a purchase order.
