The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking to prequalify firms to provide information technology service management (ITSM) for end-users, including but not limited to desktop, server and storage, database, and cloud support. The existing ITSM environment is ServiceNow, and the selected provider will integrate and manage the ServiceNow cloud-based ITSM solution, which will continue to serve as the backbone for all required ITSM services.
