Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is soliciting an integrated small unmanned aerial vehicle with a mounted radiation detector and software for environmental radiation monitoring. The specified system includes an ArcSky X55 aircraft, an RSI radiation detector, software for mapping radiation surveys, accessories, batteries, a controller, and related equipment. The solicitation does not permit equivalent products or services; bids must conform to the specified brand, make, and model requirements. The scope also includes factory training, possible on-site system-operation and troubleshooting training, software installation or activation support, technical support, and a one-year extended warranty. The contractor must provide trained personnel and respond to service requests under the stated performance requirements.
