Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires custodial services at Hunter Cove Park within the Harlan County Lake Project near Republican City, Nebraska. The contractor must provide labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, and an approved mobile travel trailer or motor home for on-site habitation. The work includes scheduled cleaning and disinfection of shower buildings, flush and vault toilets, picnic shelters, fish-cleaning stations, water fountains, hydrants, dump stations, docks, bulletin boards, picnic tables, grills, fire rings, sidewalks, playgrounds, and related facilities. The contractor must also perform refuse and litter handling, seasonal and holiday cleaning, monthly major cleanups, and an annual final cleanup. Services are required during a 12-month base year from May 1, 2027, through April 30, 2028, with two 12-month option years. The contractor must reside at the work site during the period of performance, maintain required equipment and supplies, provide a quality-control system, and comply with safety and insurance requirements. The quote must include the completed SF 1449, pricing breakdown, and mandatory Relative Experience Form; the Past Performance Questionnaire and Vendor Information Form are optional.
