Description
PBS North Carolina is procuring a three-year subscription to Backlight's Iconik Professional cloud-based media asset management platform, with options for two additional one-year renewal periods. The subscription includes specified user licenses, proxy storage, transfer capacity, AI credits, workflow automations, onboarding, support, and related maintenance. The solicitation is brand-specific and requires the specified Iconik product. The contractor must migrate selected assets, titles, and metadata from the existing Dalet Galaxy system; integrate the platform with Telestream Vantage, Telestream DIVA, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Quantum Xcellis on-premises storage; configure metadata imports and automated media workflows; and provide, configure, test, and document an Iconik Storage Gateway. Required workflows include captioning, transcoding, quality control, archiving, proxy editing, finishing, delivery, and export. The vendor must identify all required licenses, connectors, APIs, network and security requirements, and professional services, including costs not included in the subscription price.
