Description
The City of Clermont is soliciting proposals for on-call audiovisual technical services to support city functions, meetings, performances, productions, and special events. Services required include audio, lighting, video, stagehand labor, and technical production support, including setup, operation, troubleshooting, load-in, and load-out. The selected vendor will provide qualified personnel and expertise on an as-needed basis, available during regular business hours, after hours, weekends, and holidays. The scope of work encompasses a wide range of technical services such as audio system setup and operation, lighting setup and programming, video setup and operation, stagehand labor for various production needs, and technical support for events. Personnel must be experienced, professional, and capable of working safely and independently. The services may be required at various City-owned or operated facilities, outdoor sites, parks, and meeting spaces. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the OpenGov portal by July 16, 2026. Key dates include a questions deadline of July 8, 2026, and a response deadline of July 16, 2026. The contract, if awarded, will have an initial term of thirty-six (36) months with three (3) additional twelve (12) month option periods.
