Description
Manistee County Library is soliciting bids from qualified firms or individuals to provide project management services for an elevator modernization project. The scope includes preconstruction planning, contractor coordination, schedule and cost monitoring, inspection coordination, and project closeout. Preconstruction services are expected to begin promptly after award. Active elevator construction is scheduled to begin December 22, 2026, and is expected to last approximately six weeks. Award will be based on best value rather than necessarily the lowest price.
