The U.S. Air Force is purchasing 25 commercial off-the-shelf, towable, dual-height wheel well stands for 757/767 aircraft. The stands must have manually adjustable top decks, a footprint no larger than 120 by 60 inches, at least 20 inches of top-deck overhang, Skydrol-resistant coating, anti-slip stair treads, collapsible handrails, a forward-end railing or chain, braked swivel casters, and a removable rear tow bar. The equipment must be OSHA compliant, delivered fully assembled, and offloaded by the contractor. An operations and maintenance manual must be included with each stand or the delivered equipment as required by the solicitation.
