Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking two surgical suture kits under NSN 6515-01-387-2290, with one kit required for each of two purchase requests. Each kit includes curved and Adson forceps, a needle holder, scissors, medicine cups, needles, gauze, syringes, towels, a wrap, and a tray. The solicitation identifies DeRoyal Industries Inc. part numbers 10-1257 and 10-1257.3 as approved sources, while alternate offers require a complete data package for evaluation. The supplies must be delivered FOB destination within 20 days after award, with destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E and the specified medical marking requirements, including sealed unit containers and commercial exterior shipping containers. The item is FDA-regulated and subject to applicable registration, listing, labeling, and good manufacturing practice requirements.
