Chatham Central School District is soliciting proposals from qualified community-based organizations (CBOs) to partner in providing the universal pre-kindergarten (UPK) program. It is anticipated that two seats will be available for a CBO to host UPK students in their own location. This is a request for proposals (RFP) to establish this partnership.
