Description
Newport-Mesa Unified School District is soliciting a turnkey standalone data transmission service connecting 2985 Bear Street to 200 Kalmus Drive in Costa Mesa, California. The requested initial bandwidth is 10 Gbps, with an allowable service range of 1 Gbps to 25 Gbps and a quantity of one connection. The solution must include all necessary equipment, infrastructure, and installation or initial configuration costs, and must be eligible for California Teleconnect Fund discounts. Services must be operational by July 1, 2027. Respondents must provide an implementation timeline, applicable sales and use taxes and fees, and a sample Service Level Agreement. The district may consider a one- to four-year contract with specified voluntary extensions and may adjust bandwidth during the contract term.
