Description
Red River College Polytechnic is seeking a host venue for the Directions Business Conference on March 23 or March 24, 2027, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The venue should accommodate up to 800 attendees in a main banquet room and seven or eight separate session rooms, with lower-capacity venues permitted if their limits are identified. Requirements include room setup, staging, podiums, seating, tables, Wi-Fi, secure storage, coat-check or self-serve coat-rack options, easels, and on-site venue support. The successful vendor must provide morning coffee, tea, and water service; a hot plated lunch with vegetarian and other dietary options; VIP-room refreshments; banquet, event, and beverage menus with current pricing; and audio/visual equipment including screens, projectors, and wireless microphones. Vendors must submit pricing, availability, contractual terms, required schedules and questionnaires, and a complete quotation package. The solicitation permits electronic submission only and requires the vendor to provide one complete document as well as each component separately through the procurement portal.
