Description
The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance of natural gas compressors and associated auxiliary systems at the Roseville Energy Park and Sunset Energy Center. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, technical expertise, specialized tooling, equipment, materials, support, and personal protective equipment necessary for the work, including maintenance of Gas Packager compressors at one facility and Ariel compressors at the other. The proposal must address firm qualifications, similar experience and references, project-team qualifications, project understanding, project management, hourly rates and reimbursable expenses, required statements, licenses, subcontractors, competency, and any proposed exceptions. The initial agreement will run from award through five years, with pricing subject to negotiated adjustments. A mandatory on-site pre-proposal conference and job walk is required, and prevailing-wage requirements apply.
