Description
The U.S. Department of State seeks an Indonesia-based five-star hotel in the Kuta, Bali area to support a 60-person Cyber Investigations Course from November 16-20, 2026. The venue must be within 7 km by road of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, provide a dedicated conference room measuring at least 17 by 20 meters, accommodate the specified seating and interpretation-booth layout, and provide secure overnight storage or the ability to lock the room. Required services include full-day meeting packages with coffee breaks, buffet lunches, bottled water, and dietary accommodations; dedicated conference-room Wi-Fi supporting at least 60 devices at 100 Mbps; audiovisual equipment and on-site technical support; a group photograph with 56 A4 prints; and lodging consisting of 26 twin-share student rooms for five nights plus eight single rooms held at the group rate for government staff. The contractor must provide firm-fixed pricing in Indonesian rupiah, demonstrate relevant experience and references for three clients, submit venue and security information, provide evidence of required local licenses and permits, and maintain active SAM registration before submission when the quotation exceeds $40,000.
