Description
The project involves upgrades to the existing Sewage Pump Station No. 1, including selective decommissioning and improvements to the pumping and ventilation systems. The contractor must also construct a new electrical and generator building adjacent to the existing station, start up and commission the complete station, and perform associated grading, landscaping, and fencing. Provisional work includes replacing three existing sewer service connections and repairing manholes. Bids must be submitted electronically as PDF files and accompanied by bid security equal to 10% of the bid price.
