Description
The City of Schertz is holding an advance procurement meeting to explain and gather feedback on a future reconstruction project. The proposed work includes replacing water and wastewater mains, installing a utility duct bank and street lighting, reconstructing pavement, and making surface improvements such as curb, gutter, and sidewalk replacement, monument signage, and landscaping. The meeting is informational only and is not part of an active bidding process; no proposal or contract award will result from it. The City anticipates bidding the project in early 2027, and attendance is not mandatory for a future solicitation.
