Arkansas State University is soliciting qualifications from construction management firms for a new, stand-alone mental and maternal-infant healthcare simulation building on its campus. The approximately 13,000-square-foot, one-story facility will be constructed on an existing parking lot and must include the utility and site work necessary to create a fully functional and accessible building. Construction is anticipated to begin in May 2027 and be completed by June 2028. Respondents must submit seven published copies and one electronic PDF copy; the electronic file must be less than 20 MB.
