Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Brazil is procuring a specialized legal entity to support an intercultural communication strategy concerning National Council of Justice Resolution No. 454/2022 and its implementation manual. The scope includes a work plan, visual identity, graphic design and layout of a simple-language booklet of up to 12 pages, cultural adaptation and translation into Tikuna, Guarani (Kaiowá), Kaingang, and Guajajara, and production of three illustrated 2D motion-graphics videos of up to two minutes each with narration in Portuguese and the four Indigenous languages. The contractor must also create social-media promotional materials, including multilingual cards and platform adaptations for Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, as well as digital-platform covers. Deliverables must include final versions and editable source files for the booklet, graphics, animations, and related design elements. Services are home-based with virtual coordination meetings; any in-person work must be agreed in advance. The contract term is up to 180 days from signature, with payment tied to approval of seven deliverables. Proposals are evaluated using a 70% technical and 30% financial weighting, with demonstrated experience in Indigenous communication, audiovisual production, intercultural translation, and relevant technical personnel required for a competitive submission.
