Description
The City of Omaha seeks bids for rehabilitation of manholes and associated structures along the Papillion Creek Interceptor sanitary sewer line in Bellevue and Sarpy County, Nebraska. The work extends from south of Harrison Street to the Papillion Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility. The anticipated notice to proceed date is February 9, 2027. The project reserves 5% of the total bid for Tier I and Tier II Emerging Small Business and Small Business participants and requires an Economic Sustainability Plan. An Apprenticeship Incentive Form is optional for bidders seeking the apprentice-utilization incentive. A bid bond or acceptable substitute must be uploaded with the bid; the original must be received by the City Clerk within seven calendar days after closing. Bid questions must be submitted through the event's Questions tab, with answers scheduled by November 25, 2026. The attached package includes the specifications and three reference documents.
