Description
Sarpy County seeks a contractor for pavement rehabilitation on 60th Street, Cedardale Road, 66th Street, and Melia Road. The approximately 2.67-mile project includes cold milling, partial- and full-depth pavement repairs, asphalt resurfacing and driveway work, utility appurtenance adjustments, shoulder construction, pavement marking replacement, and temporary traffic control. The plans specify asphalt overlay work and related quantities across the four road segments. The contractor must coordinate utilities and traffic, maintain access and traffic flow during construction, and complete the work within the specified contract period. The bid requires an electronic bid bond equal to 5% of the bid price; performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the bid amount are required from the successful contractor after award. The proposal must include company information, at least three recent similar-project references, and any intended subcontractors.
