Description
The U.S. Navy's Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility is seeking a small business to upgrade the bi-directional amplifier system serving Drydocks 1 through 4 and associated pump wells. The upgrade includes antennas, splitters, and associated cabling. The contractor must also provide a manufacturer-trained and certified technician for continuous operational support, including monthly scheduled preventative maintenance, repair, calibration, remedial service, inspection reports, and responses to trouble calls within two business days. The contract has a one-year base period, four one-year option periods, and a six-month option period, for a potential total duration of 66 months. Offerors must submit a completed and signed Standard Form 1449, a technical proposal of no more than 10 pages addressing the system upgrade, preventative maintenance, and two-business-day trouble-call response, an itemized price breakdown including travel costs, current OEM training certificates for all proposed technicians, and CMMC Level 1 self-assessment information and applicable unique identifiers. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror.
