Description
The Town of St. George is seeking removal of an existing pump and installation of a new submersible well-pump assembly. The required equipment includes a Grundfos 385S400-6B-6 eight-inch, six-stage pump end; a 40-horsepower, 230-volt, three-phase submersible motor; and 150 feet of four-inch Schedule 40 galvanized threaded-and-coupled drop pipe. The contractor must also furnish, mount, connect, and program a Grundfos CUE variable-frequency drive; install and set the new assembly; connect it to the existing discharge piping and VFD; and perform startup and operational testing.
