Description
The Department of War Drug Demand Reduction Program is conducting market research for consolidated maintenance services for Hamilton STAR and STARlet laboratory systems at six sites. The draft performance work statement describes scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, calibrations, corrective maintenance and repairs, operator technical assistance, and telephone support. The contractor would furnish labor, travel, parts, materials, tools, and supplies, and provide compatible software and hardware updates and upgrades while maintaining equipment to OEM specifications. The draft requirements include preventive maintenance approximately every six months, service response and repair time standards, OEM-trained technicians with at least one year of experience on the equipment, and ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 compliance certification. This is an RFI/sources-sought notice for planning purposes, not a request for proposals or quotes. Interested parties are asked to submit a capability statement of no more than two pages, including a cover sheet and past-performance information.
