Description
The Waynesboro Redevelopment and Housing Authority is soliciting bids from qualified individuals and firms for auditing services, pest control services, HVAC preventive maintenance, and lawn care services. Its nonprofit affiliate, South River Development Corporation, is separately soliciting bids for pest control and lawn care services. Bid packets may be obtained from the Authority's administrative offices. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on November 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local prevailing time; late bids will be rejected. The Authority encourages women-owned and minority-owned firms to submit bids.
