Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is soliciting bids to establish a blanket purchase order (BPO) for the rental of a 30-yard compactor and a 30-yard roll-off container. This service includes the collection, transportation, and disposal of solid waste from the B. Moore Unit located in Overton, Texas. The initial term of the BPO is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods.
