Description
This solicitation is for Siemens CA660 maintenance services and reagent supplies for Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price, sole-source award to Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, as they are the only responsible source capable of providing these specialized services and supplies. The scope of work includes providing laboratory reagents via drop shipment delivery and performing maintenance services for the Siemens CA660 coagulation analyzer. This encompasses annual preventative maintenance, as-needed corrective maintenance, and 24/7 telephone support. All reagents must meet OEM standards, have a minimum six-month shelf life upon receipt, and be certified for use with the vendor's equipment. Maintenance services must be performed by OEM-trained personnel and adhere to OEM specifications, ensuring the analyzer remains in 100% operational condition.
