Description
Erie County Medical Center Corporation, on behalf of its hospital and Terrace View Long-Term Care Facility, is seeking qualified biomedical service providers to perform preventive maintenance, inspection, and calibration services for its fleet of LTV Series ventilators. Addendum 1 states that Terrace View has 22 ventilators included in the proposal. The existing scope also includes component replacement, software updates, functional and performance verification, documentation, repair recommendations, emergency repair response, and maintenance records. The resulting agreement will have a five-year duration. Proposals must include the completed price file, required ECMCC forms and signed standard clauses, and a vendor proposal addressing the Section 6 requirements. The vendor proposal is limited to 20 pages and must be submitted as a PDF; the price file must be submitted in Excel format. M/WBE and SDVOB utilization plans are optional because the stated goals are 0%.
