Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for one unit of packing material, NSN 5330-01-718-3351, under purchase request 7016094546. The item must meet the referenced technical data and DLA packaging requirements, including packaging and sealing in a medium-duty, waterproof, greaseproof, opaque bag in accordance with MIL-DTL-117, Type II, Class C, Style 1, and palletization in accordance with RP001. Supplies must be free of asbestos and may not contain intentionally added mercury or Class I ozone-depleting chemicals. Marking must comply with MIL-STD-129, and destination inspection and acceptance apply. The quotation is for a supply-only requirement with delivery FOB origin. The solicitation states that all quotations must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System and that the requested delivery period is five days after award/order.
