Description
St. John the Baptist Catholic School seeks symmetrical Internet access and data transmission services with guaranteed throughput, scalable from approximately 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps. The service should include a fiber handoff to the school’s head-end, approximately three public IPv4 addresses, pricing for additional IPv4 addresses, and optional IPv6 pricing. Respondents must include any provider-owned onsite equipment needed for the handoff and describe the pathway from the provider’s point of presence to the school, including third-party leased lines if applicable. Proposals must provide laddered pricing in approximately 1 Gbps increments, separately identify recurring, nonrecurring, installation, special-construction, eligible, and ineligible costs, and reflect applicable lowest-corresponding-price, GSA, governmental, and state-contract discounts. Each response must include a proposed service-level agreement addressing network availability, packet loss, latency, jitter, 24/7/365 trouble reporting, repair commitments, chronic-trouble remedies, and service reporting. The requested contract term is three or five years, with any voluntary extensions and pricing clearly stated; evergreen or automatically renewing terms are not acceptable. The procurement is contingent on E-Rate funding, and the response must include a detailed service description and implementation timeline, complete pricing, proposed SLA, three similar-service references, the provider’s E-Rate SPIN number, and a ready-to-execute or sample contract incorporating the stated requirements and E-Rate contingencies.
