Description
The City of Dublin is soliciting bids for a sanitary sewer infiltration and inflow mitigation pilot project in the Deer Run sanitary sewer system. The work includes sewer cleaning; pre- and post-rehabilitation CCTV inspection; bypass pumping and flow control; private-source infiltration and inflow investigations; sump-pump disconnections; lateral point repairs; chemical grouting of lateral connections and manholes; cured-in-place lining of six-inch sanitary laterals; cleanout installation; air testing; traffic control; restoration; and related labor, materials, equipment, permits, notifications, and documentation. The engineer's estimate for the base bid is $665,020. Contractors must submit evidence of relevant experience, including similar sewer work, and comply with Ohio prevailing-wage requirements and applicable ODOT prequalification requirements. The project must be completed by April 1, 2027, with construction scheduled to begin November 30, 2026. The solicitation requires electronic submission through Bid Express and includes a 10% bid guaranty, with an option to submit a combined bid/performance/payment bond or an approved certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit.
