Description
The Town of Lexington seeks bids for drainage improvements in the Cherry Ridge subdivision. Work includes storm pipe and drainage structure installation, excavation, backfill, erosion control, yard restoration, asphalt patching and resurfacing, and related roadway work. The revised bid form includes a base bid and Add Alternate No. 1, which adds drainage work between homes and in residential backyards, plus fence removal and replacement. The revised bid form and plan sheets supersede the previous versions. The contractor must coordinate with residents and utilities, maintain residential access, and follow applicable manufacturer and SCDOT specifications; the Town will handle quality-control testing and relocation of the water main.
