Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking repair, upgrade, testing, inspection, and return-to-service of two pedestal assemblies, identified by NSN 1680-01-561-2491 and part number 123SCAB101-301. The contractor must provide the facility, labor, materials, parts, tooling, and test equipment necessary to restore the assets to a Ready for Issue condition in accordance with approved technical publications and repair procedures. The requirement includes a 400-day repair turnaround time measured from receipt of each asset through government acceptance, throughput reporting and constraints, Commercial Asset Visibility reporting, configuration management, quality controls meeting ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100 requirements, calibration controls, MIL-STD-2073 packaging, and enclosed storage. Repairs must be performed at the contractor's identified facility, and the contractor must obtain approval for deviations, repair-source changes, and certain over-and-above or beyond-economical-repair determinations.
