Description
Energie NB Power is seeking a contractor to provide snow clearing, snow removal, and ice-control services at the Moncton District Office. The scope includes all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, salt, sand, and concrete-safe ice-melting products required to maintain parking lots, loading areas, garage and bay doors, ramps, walkways, sidewalks, entrances, exits, steps, landings, roadways, and access to exterior equipment. Snow accumulation must be cleared by 7:00 a.m., inaccessible areas must be revisited by 10:00 a.m., and snow piles and windrows must be removed from the property within 24 hours of each snowfall or clearing operation. The contractor must maintain sufficient resources for uninterrupted winter service, provide 24-hour emergency call-out availability, and respond within one hour of notification. The initial contract covers one five-month winter season, from November 15, 2026, through April 15, 2027, with up to two additional winter-season renewals by mutual written agreement. The submission must include the completed bid submission form, pricing, an equipment schedule, and subcontracting information; insurance, WorkSafeNB documentation, and the Contractor Qualification Questionnaire are required before award rather than with the quote.
