The Defense Logistics Agency is issuing Request for Proposal SPRRA2-26-R-0066 for the addition of 123 NSNs and part numbers to the existing Alpha VI Indefinite Delivery Requirements Long-Term Contract. The requirements support the Patriot Missile System and other critical defense systems and include circuit card assemblies, cable assemblies, power supplies, chassis, radar and microwave components, wiring harnesses, and other electronic and mechanical components. The RFP contemplates firm-fixed pricing for three years, including minimum order quantity and best estimated quantity pricing, proposed delivery schedules, and separate cost-model and supporting cost/price documentation. This is a sole-source procurement directed to Raytheon Company, CAGE 05716, under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. The proposal must include pricing in the provided Excel format, an unedited ProPricer-generated Excel cost model, supporting cost and subcontractor pricing data, indirect-rate support, and any applicable first-article or production-lot testing proposals. The RFP also addresses technical-data rights, organizational conflicts of interest, subcontracting disclosures, source-of-supply information, and delivery requirements.
