Description
The National Park Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract for pavement preservation involving fog sealing approximately 33,000 square feet of flexible asphalt pavement in a maintenance compound. The contractor must furnish all materials, tools, equipment, labor, and related work necessary to complete the seal coating. The solicitation permits Eseal from Ergon, or an equivalent sealant, if it meets or exceeds the Efog sealant specifications; bidders must submit the recommended sealant and its specifications with the bid package. The acquisition is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. Proposals will be evaluated on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience. Bidders must provide a registered UEI and applicable experience references, and the procurement is a total small-business set-aside.
