The City is soliciting sealed construction bids for repairs to water mains attached to bridges damaged during Hurricane Helene. Work locations include Swannanoa River crossings along Wood Avenue, Bleachery Boulevard, and Azalea Road East, and the Cane Creek crossing along Heritage Park Drive. The project also includes miscellaneous insulation replacement. Complete plans, specifications, and contract documents are available from the Water Engineering Division.
