Description
Henderson County Public Schools seeks a turnkey replacement of existing Dukane Starcall intercom systems with Dukane CareHawk systems at three elementary schools. The work includes removing and returning the existing equipment, supplying all required equipment and components, and installing fully functioning classroom and hallway speakers. The new system must allow existing intercom phones to call 911. The vendor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials, determine the required components, and complete the work outside regular school hours by June 15, 2027. The solicitation specifies Dukane CareHawk equipment for compatibility and continuity of support. The awarded vendor must be a full-line Dukane CareHawk dealer with direct access to firmware updates, technical service, equipment, and parts, and must be able to respond onsite to intercom and white-phone service issues within 24 hours of being contacted. A minimum 12-month warranty, or the manufacturer's standard warranty if longer, is required.
