Description
The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance of heat exchangers and associated auxiliary systems at two power-generation facilities. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, technical expertise, specialized tooling, equipment, materials, and support required for the work, including maintenance involving Alfa Laval, Tranter, CPK shell-and-tube, and related equipment. On-site activities must comply with applicable safety requirements, and the contractor must provide necessary personal protective equipment. The initial agreement will run from the date of award through five years, with a not-to-exceed amount established through negotiation. Proposals must include firm qualifications, similar project experience and references, project-team qualifications, project understanding, management approach, hourly-rate pricing, required statements and documents, exceptions, and competency information. The selected consultant must comply with the City's insurance, indemnification, licensing, prevailing-wage, and designated-team requirements.
