Description
The City of Edmond is seeking proposals for ongoing services to update and maintain GIS data layers supporting parcels, easements, water, wastewater, stormwater, project areas, annotations, zoning, planned unit developments, specific use permits, and fiber infrastructure. Work includes converting information from plats, site plans, construction drawings, deeds, ordinances, easements, and field corrections into the City's ArcGIS environment; preserving required identifiers and attributes; maintaining topology and data quality; and delivering updated data in an agreed ESRI geodatabase format. The contractor must perform field verification of visible infrastructure using survey-grade GNSS equipment, meet specified horizontal and vertical accuracy requirements, conduct legal-description checks, maintain a data dictionary, and provide quality assurance, project management, staffing, implementation, technical operations, and knowledge-transfer plans. Optional GIS programming and development services may also be proposed. The response must include a transmittal letter, executive summary, proposer profile, at least three comparable references from the last three years, project approach, technical plan, quality assurance and project management plan, project personnel information, pricing, the completed Appendix A Pricing Worksheet in Excel format, and the completed Non-Collusion Affidavit.
