Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Timor-Leste is soliciting a legally registered and technically qualified construction firm for first-phase drainage maintenance works at the UN Common Premises in Dili. The scope covers mobilization and demobilization, site cleanup, cleaning blocked drainage systems and pump/box controls, excavation and reinforced-concrete construction for water-control points, submersible pump supply and installation, electrical work, and installation of six-inch discharge pipes directed to municipal drainage. Work is required across drainage Zones A, B, and C, including replacement of non-operational pumps and installation of an additional stormwater pump. The contract is for approximately one month beginning upon contract issuance, with a 12-month defect liability period. Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of construction, refurbishment, or renovation experience and at least two similar projects or contracts valued at USD 15,000 or more, with references. The submission requires the buyer-provided quotation submission form, technical and financial offer, company and project information, registration documentation, bank documentation, relevant experience, technical approach, key personnel information and CVs, and pricing. The offer must remain valid for 60 days, and attachments must be submitted in PDF format unless otherwise instructed.
